Inspiration Showcase - Row One

Hi friends!  I'm currently taking a class by the wonderful Jennifer McGuire.  It is called Inspiration Showcase.  The main project in the class is to create a fun canvas with little examples of all of the techniques she teaches.  I changed my project a little to differ a little from hers.  I am creating leaves and the canvas will say "Thankful" at the bottom.  I thought it would make a great autumn wall hanging for our home.

I am enjoying the class very much.  I can't wait to show you row two. 

Also, for no related reason what so ever, here is a pic of one of my kitties.  He has been super snuggly lately.  I think it's the change in the weather here.  He normally doesn't like his picture taken.  He didn't seem to mind this time.  :-)
